Roughly 15% of the world's population, or one billion people, experience some form of a disability. Capable: Navigating Mental Health & Disability is a short documentary series produced by TwentyTwenty Arts in partnership with

Liebs&Co.  that aims to de-stigmatize disability through individual storytelling.

Persons with disabilities are more likely to experience adverse socioeconomic outcomes such as less education, poorer health outcomes, lower levels of employment, and higher poverty rates.

A recent study found that adults with disabilities report experiencing more mental distress than those without disabilities. This short documentary series aims to examine the complexity of living with a disability.

Capable showcases a series of interviews with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including artists, educators, musicians, and advocates. It will be available exclusively on Youtube.
